Founded in 2018, Cedar Street Training started with a simple mission: to help people build sustainable fitness habits that last a lifetime. We saw too many people burning out on extreme diets and intense bootcamps, only to end up back where they started (or injured).
We believe in a smarter approach. One that prioritizes proper movement, progressive strength training, and realistic nutrition strategies. We’re not here to yell at you; we’re here to teach you, support you, and celebrate your wins.
